Iba can be categorised as a Global citizen, having lived across multiple continents -UK, India and America. She has an MSc in Marketing and Management with distinction. Iba has worked and invested in various industries such as Fashion, Retail, Defence & Security and F&B ,instilling in her an Entrepreneurial flair and love of working in fast paced and dynamic environments.
Iba is passionate about diversity , equity & inclusion and a member of numerous organisations that empower and champion this cause. She joined Trevose Partners in 2020 as a Fintech recruitment consultant, putting her life and people skills to good use, making a positive impact.
In her free time, she loves to travel, stay fit, spend time with family and friends , walk through London like a tourist, watch musicals and plays and eat world food.
